Francisco Antonio Padilla, MS, RDN, is a certified Registered Dietitian with a specialization in Sports Performance. His philosophy about nutrition is that everything that is provided to his clients will be backed by research and data. He is a strong believer in ensuring that all individuals obtain all the tools they need to reach their maximum potential in performance, health, and well being. Francisco, your Dietitian, is here to help people like you reach that next level.
Francisco completed his Associates of Science in Culinary Arts, Bachelors of Science in Foodservice Management, Bachelors of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics at Johnson and Wales University in Denver. He then went to complete his Masters of Science in Sports Nutrition from University of Colorado in Colorado Springs and Dietetic Internship from Iowa State. As an athlete, Francisco has received his 4th degree masters black belt in Tae Kwon Do, ran in track & field, and ran cross country for his college. He is also a track & field coach for Eaglecrest High School who coached 2 State Champions and had 10 state qualifiers in his 8 years of coaching. Outside of work, Francisco enjoys to go to the gym, run outdoors, and spend time with his family and friends.
